This workshop offers a hands-on training experience in the art of leadership and team building, giving participants the chance to learn, apply, and interact directly while exploring the tools and methods that help leaders build cohesive, high-performing teams.

Over three days of training, participants move from understanding the leader's role in a team, to the stages of team development and building trust, assigning roles and motivating others, all the way to managing conflict and leading the team toward outstanding performance.

مراحل بناء الفريق
