Podcasting is one of the fastest-growing media in the Arab world today, and a platform where individuals and organizations build a deep connection with their audience. But a successful podcast isn’t built on a mic and a random chat. It needs a clear idea, solid preparation, and a conversation that holds listeners until the last minute.

This workshop offers a hands-on training experience in podcast production, giving participants the chance to learn, apply and interact directly, while exploring the stages professional podcasters rely on, from idea to publishing.

Over three days of training, participants move from defining their podcast’s concept and identity, to preparing the episode and questions, recording in the studio and leading the conversation, all the way to editing and publishing on the platforms.

This is not a workshop where you just listen. It is an interactive experience where you record your own episode in a real studio step by step.

Define a clear idea and target audience, and choose your podcast’s name, episode format and style.

Preparing the episode
Learn how to outline the episode and write its questions, find your guests, and brief them before recording.

Recording in the studio
Practice working with microphones and audio equipment, and recording audio and video in a professional studio.

Leading the conversation

Audio and video editing
Learn the basics of editing an episode, cleaning up the sound, adding an intro and music, and cutting short clips for promotion.

Don’t just listen. The workshop focuses on hands-on recording, giving participants direct guidance and feedback on their episodes.

البودكاست اليوم واحد من أسرع وسائل الإعلام نمواً في العالم العربي، ومنصة يبني من خلالها الأفراد والجهات علاقة عميقة مع جمهورهم. لكن البودكاست الناجح لا يقوم على مايك وحوار عشوائي، بل على فكرة واضحة، وإعداد جيد، وحوار يشدّ المستمع حتى آخر دقيقة.

تقدم الورشة تجربة تدريبية عملية في إنتاج البودكاست، تتيح للمشاركين فرصة التعلّم والتطبيق والتفاعل المباشر، والتعرّف على المراحل التي يعتمد عليها صنّاع البودكاست المحترفون من الفكرة إلى النشر.

على مدار ثلاثة أيام من التدريب، ينتقل المشاركون من تحديد فكرة البودكاست وهويته، إلى إعداد الحلقة والأسئلة، والتسجيل في الاستوديو، وإدارة الحوار، وصولاً إلى المونتاج والنشر على المنصات.

ماذا ستتعلّم خلال الورشة؟

فكرة البودكاست وهويته
حدّد فكرة واضحة وجمهوراً مستهدفاً، واختر اسم البودكاست وشكل حلقاته وأسلوبه.

إعداد الحلقة
تعلّم كيف تكتب محاور الحلقة وأسئلتها، وتبحث عن ضيوفك، وتجهّزهم قبل التسجيل.

التسجيل في الاستوديو
تدرّب على التعامل مع المايكات ومعدات الصوت، والتسجيل بالصوت والصورة في استوديو احترافي.

إدارة الحوار
اكتشف كيف تقدّم حواراً ممتعاً، وتطرح الأسئلة الصحيحة، وتحافظ على إيقاع الحلقة واهتمام المستمع.

المونتاج الصوتي والمرئي
تعلّم أساسيات تعديل الحلقة، وتنظيف الصوت، وإضافة المقدمة والموسيقى، واستخراج مقاطع قصيرة للترويج.

النشر والانتشار
تعرّف على منصات نشر البودكاست، وكيف تروّج لحلقاتك وتبني جمهوراً مستمراً.

لا تكتفِ بالاستماع. تركز الورشة على التسجيل العملي، بما يمنح المشاركين فرصة الحصول على التوجيه والملاحظات المباشرة على حلقاتهم.
